About me

I wanted to create a website where I can share my poems, stories and, on occasion, my musings on things that occur in my life or are happening around the world. Here it is.

Sometimes you may enjoy what I create, other times not. I may express opinions that you agree with or they may prove ill thought out, poorly judged or debatable. What I write may end up being revised, reshaped, I may contradict myself, my thoughts and opinions are unlikely to remain static. It is important that new experiences, discussion and access to information provide a basis for reflection and the possible remolding of ideas. So if a times you think ‘This woman is a hypocrite’, it may well be that you are correct.

Why ‘Poetry for dullards’? I would consider myself one. I am not a wordsmith of great acclaim, I am a woman of average intelligence living out a day to day existence in the suburbs. A dullard.
